Today's topics focused on Introduction to First Aid and Medical Emergencies, equipping participants with essential skills to respond effectively in critical situations. More than just imparting medical knowledge, the training aligns with the Calabrian spirit of caring for the whole person—body and soul. St. John Calabria emphasized the importance of charity and trust in Divine Providence, including the responsibility of caring for one’s health as a means to serve others better.

By fostering a culture of health and well-being, NFH continues its mission of holistic formation, preparing aspirants not only for their vocation but also for their commitment to serve with strength, compassion, and faith.
