“Yes, I do!”
Calbayog: This day is a joyful one for the life and mission of the Congregation of the Poor Servants of Divine Providence (PSDP) and the Universal Church. Today, we have witnessed in our Eucharistic celebration the First Triennial Profession of two (2) of our Religious brothers: Br. John Christopher Acebuche and Br. Mark Jonnel Magos. According to Constitution no. 119, the First Triennial Profession “is a decisive step that involves a firm commitment to live faithfully the religious consecration in the Congregation”. Besides, it enables them to become full-pledged members of the congregation, subject to certain rights and obligations.
The Eucharistic celebration for the Triennial Profession of these two religious brothers was held at Nazareth Formation House Chapel, Dagum Hills, Calbayog City and was presided over by Rev. Fr. Miguel Tofful, PSDP together with the priests of the congregation.
Through the intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, our mother and St. John Calabria, our patron, let us pray that they may faithfully follow the footsteps of the Risen Lord, Jesus Christ, the source and origin of all religious and missionary vocations.
